For the Chicken:

  • 1 kg chicken drumettes or wingettes (lollipop style if preferred)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes (optional)

For Serving (Optional):

  • Tzatziki sauce
  • Lemon wedges
  • Fresh parsley, chopped

Marinate the Chicken:
