Grilled Swordfish Steak Recipe – Italian Special

Grilled Swordfish Steak is a Mediterranean-inspired seafood dish known for its firm, meaty texture and mild, clean flavor. Often compared to a steak, swordfish holds up beautifully on the grill and absorbs marinades made with olive oil, lemon, garlic, and herbs. Quick to prepare and rich in protein, this dish is perfect for healthy dinners, summer barbecues, or elegant seafood meals paired with fresh vegetables or rice.

Let marinate for 15–20 minutes if time allows.
Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
Lightly oil the grill grates to prevent sticking.

Flip carefully and grill the other side until just cooked through.
Remove from grill and rest briefly.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
Recipe Notes :
Swordfish should be cooked just until opaque to avoid dryness.
Marinating briefly enhances flavor without overpowering the fish.
Always oil the grill grates to prevent sticking.
Resting the fish for a few minutes helps retain moisture.
Fresh lemon juice brightens the rich, meaty texture of swordfish.
