Honey Joys Ingredients:

  • 4 cups cornflakes
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 90g (3 oz) butter
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Optional:

  • sprinkles, chopped nuts, or mini chocolate chips for topping

Preheat & Prepare:

Preheat oven to 150°C (300°F).

Line a muffin tin with paper cupcake liners.

Make the Syrup:

In a saucepan over low heat, melt the butter, sugar, and honey together.

Stir continuously until sugar dissolves and the mixture begins to bubble (about 2 minutes).

Mix:

Place cornflakes in a large bowl.

Pour the hot honey mixture over the cornflakes and gently mix to coat evenly.

Portion:
