  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp almond extract
  • 3/4 cup whole or chopped almonds
  • Zest of 1 orange or lemon (optional)
