- 1 small onion, finely grated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- ½ tsp paprika
- ½ tsp cinnamon (optional)
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley or cilantro, chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
For the Pomegranate Glaze:
- ½ cup pomegranate juice
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Pinch of salt

- Fresh pomegranate seeds
- Chopped parsley

Lamb Kofta Meatball Instructions:
In a bowl, combine ground lamb, onion, garlic, spices, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Shape the mixture into small meatballs (about 1–1.5 inches) and thread onto skewers.
Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
Grill kofta skewers for 8–10 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through and lightly charred.
Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, combine pomegranate juice, honey, lemon juice, and salt. Simmer until reduced to a thick glaze.
