  • 7 (6 inch) pita bread rounds

How to Make Lebanese Donair

Place sliced beef in a flat, oven-proof baking dish. In a bowl, mix together tomatoes, vinegar, olive oil, lemon juice, allspice, garlic, cinnamon, black pepper, cardamom, and salt until well combined. Pour the mixture over the beef, ensuring all slices are evenly coated. Cover the dish and refrigerate for 4 hours.
