Mu Daet Diao Ingredients:
- 300g pork, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp ground white pepper
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- Oil for frying
Mu Daet Diao Instructions:
Slice pork into thin strips.
Add garlic, soy sauce, fish sauce, sugar, white pepper, and oyster sauce.
Mix well and marinate for at least 1 hour.
Spread the pork on a tray and sun-dry for 2–3 hours.
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
Fry the dried pork until golden and crispy.
Remove and drain excess oil.
Serve hot with sticky rice.
