  • 3 chicken thighs, boneless
  • 1/2 cup rice
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 tbsp pine nuts
  • 2 tbsp currants or raisins
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp allspice
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish
