- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten

- 2–3 tbsp soy sauce

Pineapple Fried Rice Instructions:
Heat oil in a wok and scramble eggs lightly; remove and set aside.
Add more oil if needed and sauté onions and garlic until fragrant.
