- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
For the Hummus:
- 1 cup cooked chickpeas (or canned, drained)
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 garlic clove
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt to taste
- Water as needed for consistency
For Garnish:
- Fresh parsley, chopped
- Paprika
- Olive oil drizzle

Spiced Lamb with Hummus Instructions:
Season lamb with cumin, coriander, paprika, cinnamon, salt, and pepper
Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté onions until soft
Add garlic and cook until fragrant
Add lamb and cook until browned and tender
Blend chickpeas, tahini, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, and salt until smooth; add water to achieve desired consistency
