  • 3/4 Cup Warm Water
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 250 g Ground Meat Or Cooked Vegetables
  • 1 Small Onion, Finely Chopped
  • 2 Tbsp Fresh Herbs (Parsley Or Cilantro)
  • 1/2 Tsp Cumin
  • 1/2 Tsp Paprika
  • Salt And Black Pepper To Taste
  • 1/2 Cup Shredded Cheese (Optional)

Instructions:

In A Bowl, Mix Flour And Salt, Then Gradually Add Warm Water To Form A Soft Dough.

Knead The Dough Until Smooth And Let It Rest For 15 Minutes.

In Another Bowl, Combine Ground Meat Or Vegetables With Onion, Herbs, And Spices.

Divide The Dough Into Small Portions And Roll Each Into A Thin Circle.
