- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp palm sugar or brown sugar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp cilantro roots or stems, crushed
- 1 tsp white pepper
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Thai BBQ Chicken Instructions:
Clean and pat the chicken dry thoroughly.
Mix fish sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, honey, garlic, cilantro roots, pepper, and oil.
Rub the marinade all over the chicken, coating evenly.
