Tuscan Chicken Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Tuscan Chicken :

1

Cook Chicken: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then cook for 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

2

Prepare Sauce: In the same skillet, add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute. Stir in sun-dried tomatoes, then add chicken broth and bring to a simmer.

3

Add Cream and Cheese: Reduce heat to low, stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, and cook until the sauce is slightly thickened.

4

Combine and Serve: Return chicken to the skillet, spooning sauce over the top. Add spinach and cook until wilted. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper. Serve with pasta, rice, or crusty bread.

Recipe Note :

Chicken Cooking: Ensure chicken is cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) for safety and juiciness.

Cream Substitution: For a lighter version, use half-and-half or a dairy-free alternative, though this will alter the richness of the sauce.

Vegetable Additions: Add mushrooms or bell peppers for extra flavor and texture.

Serving Suggestions: Pair with pasta, rice, or a side of roasted vegetables for a complete meal.
