Hungarian Patties Recipe Ingredients:
- 500g ground beef or pork
- 1 small onion (finely chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp paprika (Hungarian sweet or smoked)
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 egg
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil (for frying)
Prepare the Mixture:
