Tuscan Garlic Shrimp Pasta Instructions:

1

Cook pasta according to packet instructions; reserve pasta water and drain.

2

Season shrimp with salt and pepper.

3

Heat olive oil and butter in a pan, then sauté shrimp until pink; remove and set aside.

4

In the same pan, sauté garlic until fragrant.

5

Add sun-dried tomatoes and stir for a minute.

6

Pour in heavy cream and simmer gently.

7

Add Parmesan and stir until the sauce becomes creamy.

8

Add spinach and let it wilt.

9

Return shrimp to the pan and mix gently.

10

Toss cooked pasta into the sauce; add pasta water to adjust consistency.

11

Serve hot with extra Parmesan and chili flakes if desired.

Recipe Notes :

For an extra silky sauce, add a splash of cream or pasta water to adjust consistency.

Cook the shrimp just until pink to keep them tender and avoid toughness.

Use gluten-free or whole wheat pasta for a healthier or allergy-friendly option.

Add more chili flakes or a pinch of black pepper for extra heat.

Stir in extra Parmesan at the end for a richer, cheesier finish.
