Chocolate Hazelnut Pastry Ingredients :
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 1/2 cup chocolate hazelnut spread
- 1/3 cup chopped toasted hazelnuts
- 1 egg, beaten (for brushing)
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar (for dusting)
- 1 tbsp butter (optional, for extra richness)
Chocolate Hazelnut Pastry Instructions:
Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F). Line a baking tray.
Roll out puff pastry slightly on a floured surface.
Spread chocolate hazelnut spread evenly, leaving edges clear.
Sprinkle chopped hazelnuts over the spread.
Fold or roll pastry as desired and seal edges.
Place pastry on baking tray and brush with beaten egg.
Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden and puffed.
Cool slightly and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
