Grilled Spiced Meat Skewers Ingredients:
- 500 g meat (lamb, beef, or chicken), cubed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp yogurt (optional, for tenderness)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp chili powder (optional)
- 1 tsp lemon juice or vinegar
- Salt to taste
- Chopped fresh coriander or parsley
Grilled Spiced Meat Skewers Instructions:
In a bowl, combine olive oil, yogurt, garlic, spices, lemon juice, and salt.
Add meat cubes and mix until well coated.
Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Thread meat onto skewers.
Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
