Nutella-Filled Crepes Ingredients:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tbsp melted butter or oil
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Nutella as needed
- Butter or oil for cooking
Nutella-Filled Crepes Instructions:
Whisk flour, eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, salt, and melted butter into a smooth batter.
Let the batter rest for a few minutes.
Heat a non-stick pan lightly greased over medium heat.
Pour a thin layer of batter and swirl to coat the pan evenly.
Cook until edges lift and the bottom is lightly golden.
Flip and cook briefly on the other side.
Spread Nutella over half of the crêpe.
Fold or roll the crêpe gently.
Repeat with remaining batter and filling.
