Asian Sesame Beef Skewers Ingredients:

  • 450 grams of flank steak, cut into strips of 0.6 centimeters against the grain
  • 60 milliliters of soy sauce
  • 60 milliliters of avocado oil or vegetable oil
  • 60 milliliters of sesame oil
  • 3 tablespoons of honey
  • 1 teaspoon of ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon of chili flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds
  • 2 green onions, sliced

How To Make Asian Sesame Beef Skewers:

Slice the flank steak into 1/4-inch strips, cutting against the grain.

For the marinade, combine soy sauce, avocado oil or vegetable oil, sesame oil, honey, ground ginger, chili flakes, salt, and pepper in a large, shallow dish.

Add the beef strips to the marinade. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1-2 hours to marinate.

Pre-soak skewers for 10 minutes. Thread each beef strip onto the skewers carefully.
