Avocado and Tuna Tapas Ingredients :

  • 3 green onions, thinly sliced, plus extra for garnish
  • ½ red bell pepper, chopped
  • A dash of balsamic vinegar
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • A pinch of garlic salt, or to taste
  • 2 ripe avocados, halved and pits removed

How To Make Avocado and Tuna Tapas

Combine tuna, mayonnaise, green onions, red pepper, and balsamic vinegar in a bowl. Season with black pepper and garlic salt. Fill the avocado halves with the tuna mixture. Sprinkle with reserved green onions and a pinch of black pepper just before serving.
