Creamy Garlic Chicken Fettuccine Ingredients:
- 12 oz fettuccine pasta
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
How to make Creamy Garlic Chicken Fettuccine:
Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the chicken strips with salt and pepper, then cook until golden and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the butter and garlic. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
Stir in the Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning. Add the cooked chicken back to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
Add the cooked fettuccine to the skillet and toss to combine with the sauce and chicken.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
