- 1 cup flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped (from 1 bunch of parsley)
- 4 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 1/2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano, or 1 tablespoon fresh oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
How to Make Easy Chimichurri Sauce Recipe:
