Nutella crêpes Ingredients:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 cups 2% or whole milk
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter (unsalted, if possible)
  • Pinch of kosher salt (omit if using salted butter)
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon sugar (if making sweet crepes)
  • About 1 cup Nutella (for filling)
  • Optional toppings: sliced bananas, strawberries, or icing sugar

Make the Batter:

In a blender, combine the flour, eggs, milk, melted butter, and salt. Blend on high until the batter is smooth and lump-free. Pour into a bowl and let it rest for 15-20 minutes to thicken slightly.

Cook the Crêpes:

Heat a nonstick skillet or crêpe pan over medium heat.

Add a small amount of butter to coat the pan.

Fill and Fold:
