- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp chili powder
- ½ tsp oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- ½ cup tomato sauce
- ½ cup cooked beans (black beans or pinto)
- ½ cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)

Beef Chimichanga Instructions:

Stir in cheese and remove from heat.
Place tortillas on a flat surface and spoon filling onto each.

Heat oil in a pan and shallow-fry chimichangas until golden and crispy.
Drain on paper towels.
