Bife de Chorizo Ingredients:
- 2 thick bife de chorizo steaks (sirloin cut)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp coarse salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 cloves garlic (optional)
Bife de Chorizo Instructions:
Remove the steaks from the fridge and let them come to room temperature.
Pat dry and rub lightly with olive oil.
Season generously with coarse salt and black pepper.
