Fraldinha Recipe – South America Special

Fraldinha is a popular Brazilian beef cut known for its rich flavor, tenderness, and juicy texture when cooked properly. Often compared to flank or skirt steak, this cut is prized in Brazilian cuisine for its ability to absorb seasoning while maintaining a natural beefy taste. Typically prepared with simple ingredients like salt, garlic, and olive oil, Fraldinha is grilled over high heat to achieve a beautifully charred exterior and succulent interior.
A staple in Brazilian barbecue, or churrasco, Fraldinha is commonly served sliced against the grain alongside rice, farofa, or fresh salads. Its smoky aroma and bold flavor make it a favorite at gatherings and outdoor grilling events. This authentic Fraldinha recipe is perfect for those who enjoy simple yet flavorful grilled meat dishes with a true taste of Brazilian cooking.
