Chili Con Carne Recipe Ingredients:

  • 1 lb (450g) ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 onion: Finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic: Minced
  • 1 red bell pepper: Diced
  • 1 green bell pepper: Diced
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans: Drained and rinsed
  • 1 can (15 oz) black beans: Drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper: To taste
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Cook the Beef:
