  • 2–3 slices capicola or mortadella
  • 2–3 slices deli ham or turkey (optional)
  • 2 slices provolone cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
  • 2–3 tomato slices
  • Thinly sliced red onion (optional)
  • Pickled pepperoncini or banana peppers (optional)
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise (optional)
  • 1 tbsp Italian dressing or olive oil & vinegar blend
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste
  • Dried oregano or Italian seasoning, for extra flavor

Prep the Bread:

Layer the Ingredients:
