- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cold butter, cubed
- 2–3 tbsp cold water
- A pinch of salt
For the Filling
- 1 1/2 cups pumpkin purée
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup milk or cream
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg powder
- 1/4 tsp ginger powder
- A pinch of cloves
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Sweet Pumpkin Pie Instructions:
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
Mix flour and salt; rub in butter until crumbly.
Add cold water gradually and form dough. Chill for 15 minutes.
Roll dough and line a pie dish.
